Your tasks:
– Independently manage an interdisciplinary core project team across locations in customer-specific projects
– Independently prepare project planning

– Development and implementation of global material group strategies for the commodities EMS and PCB

As an Enterprise Architect, you play a central role in the development and implementation of the IT architecture strategy and support IT management in strategic and operational tasks. Your work will help steer the company’s IT direction, implement innovations and improve the efficiency of the IT department.

Your tasks:
– You will be at the forefront of the latest technologies! As part of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will support and participate in projects for the development of novel embedded computing products (standard and customer-specific, hardware and software), as well as in projects from other areas such as internal company strategy and infrastructure
– Use your organizational skills to coordinate, prepare for, and follow up on cross-departmental and cross-location (international) coordination rounds with various levels of management up to the executive level
– You will be in charge of project reporting, which will include:
– Independent, system-supported creation of documents for regular reporting in projects up to the management level
– Implementation and coordination of optimizations in reporting with the affected departments
– Ensuring the timely availability of project data to the specialist departments

Your tasks:
– Monitoring of congatec Product Quality and prepare reporting
– Responsibility of projects and measures to increase the quality of product quality
– Coordination of assigned resources taking into consideration known quality tools
– Support and coordination of customer complaints including systematic processing and documentation
– Creation and evaluation of analyses of product errors and CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) activities
– Execution of internal process and system audits including the supply chain
– Customer support for product and process audits
– Close cooperation with the Sourcing, Supply Chain and Engineering departments in relation to the supplier base
– Evaluation and continous improvement of the quality and compliance performance of our supplier base
– Moderation of FMEA workshops and FMEA follow up actions
– Participation in the implementation and further development regarding the strategy of ensuring the quality of congatec products

Objective of the position

As a Signal Integrity Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, performing and analysing signal integrity tests to ensure the performance and reliability of our products. You will work closely with the design and development departments to identify and resolve potential problems at an early stage.
