Your tasks:
– Provide customer support during the integration of congatec products into customer systems
– Analysis of customer problems and developing solutions in collaboration with R&D hard/software
– Troubleshooting electronic circuits in coordination with the R&D hard/software departments
– Creation of customized specifications and functional specifications according to customer requirements
– Preparation of documentation for products (application notes, CTNs and tech notes)
