Your tasks:
- Provide customer support during the integration of congatec products into customer systems
- Analysis of customer problems and developing solutions in collaboration with R&D hard/software
- Troubleshooting electronic circuits in coordination with the R&D hard/software departments
- Creation of customized specifications and functional specifications according to customer requirements
- Preparation of documentation for products (application notes, CTNs and tech notes)
- Preparation of tests and test reports
- Technical support and training for customers, partners and employees
- Onsite customer visits for customer Service and Sales support
- Provide Technical Sales Support at trade shows
