Your tasks:
– Collaboration on projects for the development of industrial computer modules.
– Performing measurements and tests of high-speed signals (transmitter and receiver pre-compliance) on all common PC interfaces, such as PCIe, Ethernet, SATA, USB 3.1 Gen 2, etc. using high-frequency and signal analysers.
– Coordinating the timing and content of tasks with the project manager and the responsible hardware and software developers.
– Definition, setup and configuration of the test environment. Creation and maintenance of test descriptions.
– Independent performance of standardised measurements. Documenting the tests carried out. Evaluating and classifying the results
– Work closely with development, design and quality teams to identify and resolve signal integrity issues Propose and test optimisations.
Your profile:
– Electronics engineer or technician with very good knowledge of computer and interface technology.
– Practical experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, BERT and vector network analysers. Sound knowledge in the areas of high-frequency technology, signal processing and analysis.
– Familiar with the structure and setup of x86 systems under Windows and Linux.ARM knowledge is an advantage
